We are looking for strong TDD and Java skills. We use a wide variety of Java libraries here most that have worked on enterprise Java project would had some of the skills we need on that side: Portlets, Spring, JMX, J2EE, etc.. We are a committed agile shop and we’re looking for partners who specialize in recruiting agile talent. We're looking for established Test driven developers in Java, who know and have experience with clean code concepts such as: separation of concerns, dependency injection, continuous integration and single responsibility principle. Also they should be comfortable in our open, highly collaborative environment; we screen on fit in the company culture, we have had to screen out some resources who have very strong technical skills, but did not have the attitude to succeed in the group. We have a very regimented hands-on testing protocol around test driven development and other agile disciplines.
