*Duration: ongoing contract, * *Location: Auburn Hills, MI* - Experience in building/implementing an *Exchange Strategy/Roadmap on an enterprise-wide level* – this will be 60% of the position - Strong leadership – *rally the business and technical teams together for a unified vision* - Communication – ability to translate technical speak to business customers in business terms - *Create design documents* - Someone that can look at the big picture - After design and build, they will help with implementation and transition to the support organization - Most likely they grew up from an email/messaging background - Good to understand security nuances - Good to have virtualization experience *Software Engineering & Architectural Design* - Develop and Implement both the Exchange logical and physical architecture for the enterprise - Responsible for infrastructure capacity planning - *Develop and maintain the Exchange Roadmap that integrates technology and business drivers, introduction and phasing out of technologies and products within a define technology life cycle* - Identify business needs and lead efforts to satisfy those requirements requiring Exchange-based solutions - Partner with the development community to leverage Exchange capabilities while ensuring industry best practices and vendor recommendations are adhered to - Help Create, Document, and Maintain Exchange and Microsoft based solutions Governance, from both the Infrastructure perspective as well as the Engineering perspective - Ensure designs align with the Comerica enterprise standards and principles - Assist in analyzing vendor solutions and off the shelf applications. *Identify risks and benefits.
