*Please find the below requirement.* *Position: Java developer* *Duration: Long Term* *Location; Irving , TX* *Rate; $45 * Analyst will develop specifications (work package deliverables) and develop deployable artifacts for Electronic Signature reusable web services. The analyst will be required to develop documentation that describes the software components, environments, setup procedures, and deployment processes for the eSignature applications. Heavy focus will be on SOAP web services and REST over HTTP, performance tuning for interactive/on-demand web services, and general MVC development. The analyst will provide support for existing eSignature services/applications and new services developed by the project. This includes Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. The analyst must be periodically available (on-call) after-hours in order to resolve incidents or development issues for production services, offshore teams or on-site second-shift development, and test teams. The analyst will create detailed technical documentation and transition documentation for a service team. Additional Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years of continual and recent (within the past 6 months) work experience on JEE (Java), SOAP Web Services, REST, and JSP (UI Development). • Prior work experience with Eclipse and/or Spring Tool Suite • Knowledge and familiarity with security and network concepts. • Prior experience using an Enterprise Service Bus, specifically Mule ESB. • Experience with XML and XSLT to perform data transformations (preferably in Mule ESB). • Demonstrated ability with the programming concepts of encapsulation and abstraction. • Experience with Service Management and knowledge of ITIL concepts. • Demonstrated ability to quickly create detail technical documentation with high quality. The analyst will be required to produce technical specifications and transition documentation. • In order to be successful in this role, it is required that the analyst possess the following soft skills and has demonstrated the following skills in recent work assignments: o Quickly analyze problems and create solutions within the recommended State Farm patterns and frameworks. o Detail-oriented o Self-learner – ability to quickly use SF tools and documentation sources to resolve issues and complete work tasks without guidance. o Fast-learner – does not require repeated instructions from other team members. o Initiate work activity – drive work activity forward without waiting for detailed instructions o Assertive and outspoken – provide input and feedback during discussions without being asked for information o Able to handle ambiguity and analyze known information into concrete concepts and technical solutions. o Willingness to cross-train others and create detailed cross-training documentation. The analyst will be required to cross-train others on an on-going basis. The analyst must be able to create detailed training documentation on an on-going basis. o Communicate quickly and accurately under high-pressure work situations. o Ability to handle stress and quick timelines. o Ability to adapt and handle frequent changes to processes and requirements.
