Requirement Description: Skills Required: 7 - 10 years of experience in the following: • Experience and competence in assembling and managing a team of experts from a variety of disciplines and organizational levels to develop solutions to wide-ranging and sophisticated business challenge • Management of large projects • Project plan development • Resource planning and management • Demonstrated competence in guiding an organization in preparing agency staff to adopt policy, business processes, IT, and other changes as needed to effectively implement a new major IT system Skills Desired - A plus to have: • Management of geographically dispersed teams • RFI and RFP creation and evaluation • Risk management • Experience and competence in being the lead person supporting an executive-level Project Governance Team in driving implementation of an EHR system • Demonstrated experience and competence in leading all aspects in configuring and implementing an EHR system in a large, complex health care facility • Knowledge of “Meaningful Use” goals and requirements as provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • Experience working in a clinical setting assisting professionals with business process and IT systems Issues • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum. *** Local candidates preferred, not mandatory. *** US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
