Additional knowledge using ODBA, DB2 Stored procedures, DB2 Connect, and MQSeries are also desirable. (10+ years mainframe experience) * Primary strength must be strong CICS design skills, * Experience in providing architectural direction in terms of evaluating the areas for CICS applications, and batch cycle processes, using IMS, DB2, and VSAM. * Design experience must include both foreground and background CICS applications (with and without screens). * Complete technical design of all assigned elements adhering to requirements. * Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycles and Project Management methodologies. * Strong written, oral communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. * Candidates must be able to lay out the technological roadmap for mainframe based applications. * Mentor staff and help troubleshoot/escalate issues when needed. * Provide off hour support as necessary. * Under the direction of the Principal Architect work through requirements to determine appropriate designs. * Will be accountable for the overall design and / or re-design of the technical architecture on the mainframe and downstream effect of other related support systems on other platforms. *Rek-4* Title: Java developer with WebSphere Process Server Location: NY Duration: 6 Months J2EE, websphere process Server, EJB 3.0, ESB Websphere Process Server With J2EE IBM WebSphere Process Server 6.x WID (WebSphere Integration Developer) Should have experience with Business Process Management, Business Process Execution Language and Human Tasks.
