*Job Description:*



·         Primary systems support for Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) applications – *primarily financial applications.  *

·         Gather user business requirements, work with developers to build,
test and deliver solutions.

*Skills Required:*

**

·         *3-5 years* of experience in gathering and writing detailed
business/functional requirements and test scenarios based upon customer
needs including *3+ years* Oracle eBusiness Application experience with
billing modules like OM and OKS.

·         Additional exposure to other applications a plus – data
warehouse, etc.

·         Some application development experience preferred.

·         SQL, relational database query tools.

·         Provide conduit between Functional SMEs and IT/developers.

·         Ability to utilize infrastructure software and Microsoft Office
Suite, including MS Visio and MS Project.

·         Lead and/or assist in implementing or upgrading functionality
provided by the Oracle Suite of Applications.

·         Document the business processes implemented by the Oracle Suite
of Applications.

·         Responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis
of user business problems to be solved with automated systems.

·         Develop both high-level and detail business requirements
documentation for all application upgrades, enhancements, and add-ons.

·         Organizes and leads requirement meetings with business
sponsors/users.

·         Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating,
developing and implementing systems; assists / guides developers in
implementing solutions and procedures which are cost effective and meet
user requirements.

·         Communicate and insure understanding of program processes,
requirements, development, reports, and other elements to the assigned IT
staff and business users.

·         Execute testing of developed solution, ensuring client business
requirements are implemented accurately.

·         Perform ad hoc detailed analysis as needed, including gap
analysis.

*Job Description:*

·         Primary IT Business Systems Analyst lead in identifying,
evaluating, developing and implementing financial planning and reporting
solutions using the Oracle products including Hyperion Planning, Essbase,
and FDM.

**

*Skills Required:*

**

·         *3-5 years* of progressively increasing experience working with
the various Hyperion Products including: Hyperion Planning, Hyperion
Essbase, Hyperion Web Analysis, Financial Reporting, FDM, and Workspace.

·         Set-up and maintain Hyperion Essbase Outlines.

·         Set-up and maintain Hyperion Planning Data Entry Forms and
related security/calculation settings.

·         Write, modify, and maintain Essbase Calculation scripts, Essbase
Outline member formulas, Essbase Data load rules, Essbase Dimension build
rules, and Essbase reporting scripts.

·         Write, modify, and maintain Hyperion Financial Reports, Hyperion
Web Analysis Views, Dashboards, SmartView Reports, and Hyperion Planning
smart lists.

·         Support company-wide consolidation and financial reporting
application from problem diagnosis and analysis through problem resolution
and will analyze and design solutions to ensure that Hyperion system
functionality aligns with business processes



·         Organize and lead requirement meetings with business
sponsors/users.

·         Perform detailed analysis as needed, including gap analysis to
develop both high-level and detail business requirements/specification
documentation for all application upgrades, enhancements, and add-ons.

·         Coordinate with Finance and IT to guarantee accuracy of data
feeds and inclusion of all relevant information in population of Hyperion
Planning and Reporting modules.

·         Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures
related to Hyperion Planning and Reporting in conjunction with
organizational policies, guidelines, and standards.

·         Work with the Development and the DBA Teams to build and
implement planning, forecasting, and reporting tools in Hyperion and
Essbase.

·         Execute testing of developed solution, ensuring business
requirements are implemented accurately.
