 *IVR Support Consultant – (L2 Support*

*Location: NYC*
*Term: 18 months)*


XDuce is currently looking for IVR System Support consultant ( Level -2)
for our well established  direct client – a leading global investment bank
located in NYC.
Client is using Avaya IVR …but is willing to consider IVR Support
professional who has supported other IVR systems of other Vendors (e.g.
Genesys) and willing to learn/adapt.

*Position Summary:*

   - Perform L2 administration and support of our IVR infrastructure.
   - Troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner as necessary to
   maintain the performance and stability of our IVR environment.
   - Implement new clients/offices on IVR, including business unit
   consultation and production support.
   - Assist in creation of documented standard processes and procedures for
   all aspects of our IVR infrastructure, administration and management.
   - Maintain & test recovery documentation in compliance with our disaster
   recovery plan.

*Minimum Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
   - Minimum 3 years in a preliminary (L1/L2) support/ administration role
   in production IVR environment.
   - Minimum 2 years' experience in application and systems support in an
   environment that uses developmental tools and multiple languages.
   - Working knowledge of XML programming languages & data concepts with
   Java Interface would be helpful (BUT NOT MANDATORY)
   - Experience with data integration with databases.is desirable
   - Demonstrated strong logical and technical problem-solving skills.
   - Strong, project management & time management skills.


   - Conceptual knowledge of telecommunications, IVR platforms, LAN
   topologies, OS integration, and networking concepts/technologies such as
   DNS, IP routing, and TCP/IP port configuration.
