Provide data profiling and data analysis for new integrated releases 2. Identify data anomalies and recommend fixes 3. Perform data analysis to identify gaps in existing data and processes and recommend solutions 4. Review business process flows, requirements, test scenarios, and test cases to confirm they are in alignment with upstream/downstream data. 5. Coordinate with IT Data team(s) to confirm that appropriate and applicable data standards are identified, adhered to, and maintained 6. Manage Production Issues, ensuring timely validations, remediations and / or resolutions Skill level: Analyst Skills: Technical - Proficient in SQL Server, Microsoft Office; Working familiarity with tools such as DB2 SQL, XML Schemas, HP ALM and Rational Doors Analytical - Ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching Communication - Effective verbal and written communicator; Strong attention to detail; Must be a self-starter who is productive with minimal direction Problem Solving - Applies critical thinking skills to help team and customer solve issues, taking into account impacts to goals.
