Must be able to innovate and mentor other developers to rapidly build solutions. Must be willing to assume different roles as a member of an agile development team. *Skills Required:* · 8+ years’ experience analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing services and applications using both SDLC and Agile practices. · Expert knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, SQL, and the Spring Framework. · Expert understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, and SOA. · Real understanding (and ability to explain) Java 5 features, especially annotations and generics. · Significant Web development experience using Spring MVC, AJAX (Dojo), JavaScript, and JSON. · Web Service experience using CXF, JAX-WS, and JAX-B. · Significant development experience using TDD, JUnit, JMock. · Significant development experience using Eclipse-based IDEs and WebSphere Application Server. · Solid understanding of relational databases and DB2.
