* Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Bethpage, NY Duration: 12+ months* *Relevant Experience & Experience required (in Yrs)* 6 or more years of systems analysis, configuration and programming experience. 2+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred with implementation, administration, and configuration. *Technical/Functional Skills* · Hands on ServiceNow Technical knowledge of the following: Application Design, Analysis, Configuration, Web Services, Scripting, SOAP, Developing workflows, Extended Tables, Custom Application Development. · Knowledge and experience working on Service Now modules that include: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management. · Administration of a Service Now instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items through Update Sets. · Mid Server (JDBC), ODBC, file, web services, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with ServiceNow. · RDMS Oracle 10g/11g/12c (including PL/SQL) with Advanced database design/modeling. · Expertise in J2EE and Web Architecture: Core Java, Web Services (SOAP and RESTful), Servlets/JSP, XML, Java Script and HTML. · Experience with shell scripting on UNIX platforms. · Familiarity with Tools, such as: Eclipse IDE, JIRA, Test tools, Quest TOAD, CVS/SVN, and MS Office etc. · Practical experience of software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. · Experience in full project lifecycle including all stages of design, development and implementation of custom applications as well as the deployment of packaged solutions. · Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management. · Strong verbal and written communications skills. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Or minimum of 60 college credits required or military experience or accredited technical/trade school certification. *Roles & Responsibilities:* Administer and troubleshoot deployed instances of ServiceNow.
