*Title: Senior MS **Exchange Administrator* *Location: Richfield, MN* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills* · Performs IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of associated systems in messaging technology area. · Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, database or utilities software. · Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. · May contribute to the development, testing, evaluation or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set. · Provides level 3 support for business critical systems. · Participates in on-call rotation providing 24 x 7 support for critical issues impacting Messaging and Collaboration systems in a timely and proactive manner in order to deliver defined service levels. · Performs complex incident and change management activities. · Provides guidance to engineers and associate engineers in resolving technical issues quickly. · Mentor other team members and help educate BBY organization on messaging technologies. · Creates the blueprints for technology implementation. · Validate and create operational diagrams, processes, and documentation. · Works effectively in a matrixed organization in developing efficient technology solutions. · Assists in the development of business cases for technology implementation. Ensures that the proposed technologies can be successfully implemented and supported. · Provides input to fiscal year technology budgets. · Proactively meets with vendors to develop best practice implementation blueprints.
