Experience in doing requirement gathering, analysis and designing and presenting final solution to client. 9. Experience in designing functional specs based on businessRequirements. 10. Extensive exposure in resolving end user support issues and interacting users from different geographies 11. Expertise in Incident ,Change , Release and problem management 12. Handling Testing of the solution at different stages namely unit testing ,system ,integration and user acceptance testing. 13. Experience in training SAP key users & end users. Skilled coordination. 14. Hands on experience on interfaces. Knowledge of ALE& external interface solutions 15. Well verse with Integration with other SAP modules SD,LE, FI & CO. Knowledge of Make to Stock & Make to Order SAP solutions. 16.
