Role: Sr. 3 PAR Storage Engineer 3 months Cedar Rapids, IA $80 /hr plus expenses EAD GC/ GREEN CARD/ US CITIZEN REQUIRED This position will feature travel to customer sites across the country, expenses entirely reimbursed. Responsibilities: The 3PAR Consultant will work with the client team as they refresh the existing Storage Architecture, both HP legacy and 3rd party systems. This role will be focused solely on 3 PAR administration, best practices and support. Provide technology consulting to external clients and internal project teams. Responsible for gathering business-specific qualifications to ensure customized support to the client while providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet the client’s business need. Act as a trusted advisor. Create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to the Client’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Requirements: 5-7 years of overall Storage administration experience. Experience with the following technologies • Experience in one or more HPE Storage Products • 3PAR • XP • NetApp arrays • Experience in Industry SAN technology • Brocade • Cisco • Experience in associated HPE Storage Software products: • 3PAR Remote Copy, Virtual Copy, Adaptive Optimization, Dynamic Optimization, Peer Persistence, etc. • XP Continuous Access, Business Copy, Online Data Migration (ODM), etc. • Experience in one or more data migration technologies: • Peer Motion • Online Import • Appliance based migrations (MPX, Vicom) • Host based migration techniques (LVM, Doubletake, etc) • XP ODM - Online Data Migration • Storage administrative level experience in one or more Operating Systems • Windows • Linux • HP-UX • Solaris • AIX Optional Skills: • StoreVirtual • StoreOnce StoreEasy Thanks, Shalin Patel Sr. Technical Recruiter Cybersearch, Ltd 800 E.
