Ability to coach and teach one-on-one and in small groups . b. Provide instruction and support to beginner-to-intermediate level SAS users c. Ability to work on IT-related projects and teams with non-IT professionals d. Ability to translate technical concepts of SAS software programming to non-IT professionals. This includes discussing, reviewing and improving SAS code prepared by DMSP staff who have beginner to advanced levels of SAS programming skillse. WebEx or other similar virtual meeting capability *Desired Skills and Experience:* a. Knowledge of TSP (Time Series Processor) b. Instructor experience in requirements analysis and the use cases c. Knowledge of system architecture using SAS d. Knowledge of IML for SAS software development e. Design, development and unit-testing of SAS program code, functions and scripts to efficiently extract, merge and manipulate data. f. Expert knowledge in proposing and implementing improvements/efficiencies for SAS software development to create repeatable business processes for use by others h. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. i. Experience clarifying business and technical requirements with data requestors. j.
