*Job Title: BI Data Architect* *Location: **Culver City – CA* *Duration: 9+ Months* *Job Description:* The BI Architect defines and maintains both vision and guidelines by encapsulating significant architectural best practices for future state systems that align with Enterprise Architecture roadmaps to enable business success. Establish and formalize standards and guiding principles necessary to define and build business and data models to integrate with ETL and Application Interfaces along with data quality management solutions. *Qualifications:* · 10+ of years of IT work experience and *5+ years in the similar role of BI Data Modeler/Architect*. Any Media & Entertainment experience is an added plus · Any Teradata or BI related Certification is a plus. · Strong with data modeling concepts (star schemas, snowflake schemas, highly normalized data models) · Data modeling tools – *Erwin is a must* and familiarity with ER studio, Visio and Embardigo · Data Warehouse database platforms – *Teradata is a must* and any experience with EDW platforms like Exadata, HP blade or Netezza or GreenPlum is and added advantage. · Experience with Business Objects/Tableau and any *BI Reporting tools is required* · Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI is a plus and any familiarity with Tools that interact and interface with Big Data is a plus; such as Alteryx · Knowledge and experience of any data profiling tool is required · Familiar with any major ETL tools is required; Datastage / Informatica, Talend · Experience with any Data Quality Management full life cycle is an added advantage. · In depth hands on experience with SQL programming skills · Both Traditional RDBMS and Document Oriented databases · Excellent Analytical skills · Excellent communication skills with both business and technical customers · Demonstrate a high level of integrity and maturity · Take a proactive approach to cross-functional communication · actively seek out feedback from management and peers, to improve own performance based on that feedback -- Thanks & Regards, *Sampath* Damcosoft Inc.
