*Roles and responsibility:*



1. Production support of multiple Middleware instances to include tuning
and troubleshooting.

2. Install, upgrade, and configure JBOSS EAP and WebSphere middleware
components.

3. Should have experience with deploying J2EE Applications on JBOSS and
WebSphere.

4. Ability to grasp new technologies similar to WebSphere and Jboss and
accurately implementation/setup utilizing general documentation.

5. Experience in writing automation scripts.

6. Perform and document technical administration and troubleshooting of
Middleware components including custom J2EE applications.

7. Document process and procedures for common tasks/commands for day to day
work.

8. Proven track record with middleware performance analysis and capacity
planning using ISA and other custom tools. Experienced in utilizing
monitoring tools like Vantage Analyzer, Dynatrace, New Relic, HPPM .

9. Knowledge of patching components to latest fix pack levels as needed.

10. Knowledge of working with support groups from IBM, JBOSS , Tivoli to
resolve high critical issues within specified SLA's.

11. Knowledge on Unix and AIX server. Basic commands to monitor stats.

12. Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the effective
delivery of technical support and service
