They will also work closely in a technical capacity with technical and program area staff in various areas to complete this project. The technical skills required for this position are outlined in the Beeline System. The position will be utilized between 37.5 and 40 hours per week for the duration of this project. This project will further enhance the Woman Infants and Children (WIC) module of the CARES (Client Automated Record and Encounter System) to issue benefits through Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) and interface with the Xerox WIC EBT processing service. Previous experience with WIC MIS, WIC Universal MIS-EBT Interface (WUMEI), and WIC EBT processing though not required is highly preferred and will be rated accordingly. The contractor will be responsible for coding, documenting and testing of the various components of modules. Depending on the specific module, all code will be written in Delphi (7)/Object Pascal, C# and ASP.NET. All code will be properly documented using designated documentation standards. All data will be housed in the agency IBM DB2 and Microsoft SQL server databases. The position will require extensive liaison with the Information Technology staff within the agency, the WIC EBT Project Manager and the Division of WIC data analyst.
