*Job Responsibilities:* * Review Marketing Requirements documents, Software and Hardware Design specifications. * Design and develop test strategies and test plans based on these specifications. * Explore and recommend technologies and tools needed to support projects and expand capabilities of the QA organization. * Execute test plans to verify software feature functionality, performing troubleshooting as needed. * Record results and report software defects accordingly. * Provide in-depth analysis and diagnosis of identified software/system defects for review with Software Development teams. * Candidate must be able to work in a self-directed role supporting multiple project teams. * May act as a project leader providing direction to other QA team members. *Qualifications:* * BS in CS, EE, MIS, or equivalent work experience plus 6 years of experience, or Master's degree and a minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience. * Experience testing embedded software features on Enterprise Network products and platforms. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently on multiple tasks. * Ability to independently troubleshoot and develop approach to solutions. * Solid understanding of: o Layer 2 and Layer 3 Technologies and Protocols. o Enterprise Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Intrusion Protection Systems. o Network and application protocols (IPv4/6, TCP, UDP) down to the packet level o Security technologies (authentication, encryption, compression, VPN) o VLAN, MPLS, OSPF, RIP, GRE, Multicast, L2PT, IGMP. o HTTP, HTTPs, SSH, FTP, NAT. * Experience with Ixia, Agilent, and Spirent Network Traffic generators. * Experience analyzing network traffic data to identify problem areas. * Proficient Linux CLI navigation and usage Thanks & Regards Kavi Johnson |IT Technical Recruiter Off: 201.257.5081 ext 289| Fax :201 727 9296 k...@catstaffing-us.com | www.catamerica.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
