*Summary:* This person will work with the IT and business to upgrade the
existing SharePoint Enterprise 2007 to SharePoint 2010. This person will be
responsible for the system upgrade to include coordinating
configuration/administration tasks with appropriate IT and business groups.
This person should be well versed in SharePoint 2010 out of the box
capabilities, workflow functions, site template creation, and configuration
and migration activities.

*Responsibility level*
Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor

*Skills *
Experience upgrading SharePoint 2007 Enterprise to SharePoint 2010
Experience in building out-of-the-box solutions on SharePoint 2010
Familiarity with SharePoint 2010 capabilities including Business Data
Connectivity Service, Workflow, Managed Metadata Service, User Profile
Service, MySites and SharePoint Search service
Familiarity with SharePoint Product Line Architecture
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer
service and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently and manage upgrade project
Patience and positive attitude when helping non - SharePoint users learn
and adopt SharePoint solutions

Additional qualifications preferred - ideal candidate: Self managing,
Microsoft SharePoint Certification, Creative thinking and ability to
describe SharePoint 2010 solutions
