Oracle Adv Functional • Advanced functional expertise in Oracle e-biz product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration. • Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities. • Ability to train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications. • Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation. • Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise. • Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of processre engineering. • Has a understanding of processes core domains (Fin, Mfg, SCM,HCM and CRM). • Highly advanced functional expertise in Oracle e-biz product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration. • Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities for very large and complex projects. • Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes. • Is fully conversant with other functional areas and business domains. • Ability to develop integrated solutions. • Ability to relate to other tech and functional solutions in place in the customer and Oracle ebiz's place among them. • Able to review and add value to integrated solution recommendations from Client and customer teams. • Established thought leadership in peer and industry fora. • Excellent knowledge of Oracle modules and other ERP product capabilities and to discuss their pros and cons vis a SAP in a meaningful and customer relevant manner. Oracle Apps Finance Functional • Demonstrated Capability to install and configure at least five modules in Financials • Should have completed at least one end to end implementation • Should have the capability to handle Customer Individually at onsite Project Management • Conceptual Awareness and Limited/No practical Experience Entry level project manager who has completed a formal course in project management techniques, behavioural skills and have some team handling experience • Will be responsible for small on-critical projects with well-defined scope and boundary, under the direct supervision and guidance of line/practice manager.
