*Dev Ops Developer * *Columbus, OH* *12+ months* *Phone & Skype* Looking for Dev Ops Developers to provide strategic support and execute infrastructure builds, security auditing, continuous deployment procedures, IT operations practices, scaling and metrics plans, as well as running day-to-day operations for development through production environments using modern Dev Ops processes and tools for Digital Platform. The candidate will specifically work to manage and execute software release builds and deployments for Java, Javascript, Ruby, Python, Perl, Shell Scripting, applications running on open-source and commercial application servers. These deployments will span Development, Certification, QA, Performance and Production environments. *Job Requirements:* · Full competency in scripting with knowledge in at least one common scripting language (ex Ruby, Python, Perl, JavaScript) · Should have done performance optimization, configuration, and monitoring of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and/or related database and persistence technologies · Strong understanding on indexing systems (SOLR, Elasticsearch), or similar software, including their configuration and use in production environments · Significant experience with version control, configuration management, and software deployment (ex Git, SVN, Capistrano, Chef, Puppet) · Experience with Atlassian tools like Bamboo, Jira, Confluence. · Deployment experience on local, virtual, and bare metal environments · Subversion and GIT adminstration and deployment skills, training, and experience.
