Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Development Lead

Looking for Lead Developers specializing in content management including
OpenText, Captiva and Documentum.

 Responsible for leading the off-shore development team that supports and
enhances the Enterprise Content Management Systems.  These systems include
the OpenText product suite, Captiva, Documentum and others as assigned. The
role is also responsible for working with TMO teams that feed and retrieve
documents to the Enterprise Content Management Systems through defined
external interfaces and gateways.


*Required Skills:*
§ Strong technical software development experience – ideally with Java
§ Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
§ Strong technical experience with web servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, IIS) and
web services
§ Experience with large scale, high availability systems
§ Demonstrated experience to independently learn and become the expert on
new technologies and applications
§ Ability to envision and implement new solution designs
§ Experience understanding and contributing to technical specifications
§ Strong communication skills and proven ability to effective interact with
technical and non-technical staff and management
§ Flexible work schedule and ability to work with offshore resources
§ 8+ years’ experience

Desirable Skills:
§ Technical experience with content management systems (ideally OpenText
products and Documentum and Captiva)
§ Development experience consuming and developing Web Services

Responsibilities:
§ Be the on-shore technical point-of-contact for Enterprise Content
Management Systems (OpenText Content Server, Documentum and Captiva)
§ Leading the off-shore development team responsible for the Enterprise
Content Management Systems and managing day-to-day work assignments
§ Design and develop approaches, interfaces and tools that support
ingestion of documents from external sources
§ Building, configuring, and maintaining OpenText Content Server,
Documentum and Captiva environments.
§ Support for the retirement of Documentum and related technologies
§ Following standards and helping to define development intake process.
§ Adhering to testing regimens that produce quality deliverables
§ Completing documentation supporting new deployments
§ Engages with App Support and Deployment Planning teams on new deployments
§ Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with T-Mobile staff on other
teams
§ Strong problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrating attention to
details and ability to convert abstract processes into system requirements
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to
communicate with non-technical people
§ Production problem solving and issue resolution
