Position: HFM Business Analysts (with Banking) End Date or Duration: 5+ months, possible renewal Location(s): Reading, PA Terms: Daily Rates Only - Average 9 hour day/ but could be more or less depending on day's needs. (same as most full-time jobs) Travel is M-TH on-site (3 nights in hotel). Strong accounting and analytical skills ? Fundamental knowledge of the financial & operational accounting processes in a *retail bank* environment ? Financial statement consolidation experience, especially on intercompany reconciliation/elimination process, rounding, averaging ? *HFM system experience* ? Inter company reconciliation and elimination experience ? Financial close and consolidated financial reporting experience ? Excellent communication skills (i.e. writing, listening, presentation) - will be working directly for the Deputy CFO ? Knowledge of IHC, retail banking products, chart of accounts, accounting systems and flows ? Knowledge and experience in HFM or HFM implementation/testing ? SEC and Regulatory Reporting experience *Willingness to provide 2-3 professional references from previous managers at other firms. Willingness to be interviewed by the business end user.* *Responsibility:* Create and maintain business requirements and functional specification documents, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts. *The ideal candidate is able to:* ? Produce clear, concise requirements/specification documents in short timeframes without undue client assistance – they need to anticipate what isn’t being thought about and bring those considerations to the table. ?
