Collaborate with appropriate departments, customize and maintain the BizTalk system. Develop, document and test all implementation plans developed for departments. Collaborate with user departments to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing usage of imaging technology within the department. Analyze production issues and provide prompt resolutions. Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective problem resolution.
