project schedule, work with overall PM to establish sprints, prepare
estimates, prepare technical deliverables and documentation

- Has this person worked on UCM or other MDM solutions using IIR

- Has this person completed a UCM upgrade using verion 8.1 or higher

Experience in performing UCM Upgrades and identifying the delta.
Deep knowledge and hands on skills:
- EAI (Web Service, JMS, Workflow, BS)
- Advanced Configuration (Building custom UI, Workflow, Business
Service, eScripting)
- Expertise in hands-on PL/SQL
- Follow industry best practice
Strong Data Quality experience with Informatica IIR is preferred but not
mandatory. Implementing Data Cleansing and De-duping in Batch processes
will be required
Good communication, Presentation & Inter personnel skills needed
