*Duration: 4 Months* *Location: Chicago, IL* *Project Overview * * * Testing project involves testing of a scheduling and Operations solution to manage movement of Oil across US. The solution has a landscape of different systems and technologies .The centre of the solution is a third party product (IMOS- Inventory management & operations scheduling) a Java based application that in turn talks to a number of legacy systems through messaging. This provides a good exposure to various technology frameworks (Tibco, .Net, Java, SAP, BO Reports etc.). The role involves good understanding of Integration systems involving messaging. Some technical experience in messaging systems (XML) and database understanding is required. * * *Deliverables * * * Strong understanding of performance testing tools and technology is required. Person should have understanding of open source tools for performance testing (Jmeter etc.) .Should understand multiple test tools (Ex. Loadrunner, Web Performance Load tester etc.) Should posses good technical understanding and preferably have worked in a project involving multiple systems involving messaging. Performance testing involving Weblogic servers and Java application would be desirable.
