*Location: Cincinnati, OH* *Duration: 4-6 Month Potential to become long term.* *Client and Project Name* *Project ECLIPS Phase 1 (Requirements and Fit/Gap Analysis)- Lean Distribution of Parts from CLIENT* *Oracle Warehouse management implementation* *Project Overview* This project envisions a business solution that enables LEAN DISTRIBUTION of parts from CLIENT to other sites. The project involves the following · Deliver core warehouse management and packshop/kitting functionality at CLIENT · Provide a solution that is scalable to all other warehouse and shipping sites (ability to ship from anywhere to anywhere) *Objective* · The primary purpose of this SOW is to requisition resources for performing detailed functional requirements documentation of the Direct Ship solution from CLIENT to Customers. This includes ALL order types placed on CLIENT and associated changes required to enable Direct Shop from CLIENT (in place of current indirect ship from CLIENT through Packshops). · The solution is expected to require the following type of resource(s) · Process and functional requirements expert with experience in Oracle ERP, AMPS OTR and Supply chain system interfaces · Oracle WMS Module expertise (preferably both 11i and R12) · The resource(s) are expected to be on the project starting no later than August 23rd, 2010 with target completion date of October 29th, 2010. · The resource(s) are expected to participate fully in LEAN event activities and meetings, and be primary person to DOCUMENT the functional and fit/gap analysis requirements. The functional requirement and fit/gap analysis documentation should be defined per ERP CoE standards of documentation (CF250 template and BR150 template respectively). The resource(s) will also need to become a Subject Matter Expert in the to-be processes. At Least one Resource is expected to be On-shore for participating fully in meetings/Lean Events and may serve as a liaison to additional offshore resource(s.) *Functional Requirements and Project Deliverables* * * *The primary Deliverables are:* · CF250 functional requirement documentation · Functional requirements derived from the core warehouse management, packing and kitting operations for CLIENT. Specifically, the requirements will be documented in the following specific WMS mega-processes (with sample sub-processes) · BR150 Business Requirement Fit/Gap Analysis for each mega-process/applicable sub-processes · The purpose of this document is to capture the business and information system requirements necessary to meet a set of defined business objectives.
