1. Senior Java (Lead) .. 5 Immediate Openings
Java/J2EE Lead Developer on the server side, not the client side.
Responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of new
applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based
technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets. Must
be able to apply SDLC concept and have a proven track record of
delivering solid, robust applications. Must have a solid understanding
of Object Oriented Programming. Strong communication skills are
required as position will interact with business owners. 6+ years of
prior Java development experience required. AGILE Development
Experience a huge plus.
2. .Net Developer - 6 Immediate Openings
Responsible for developing web-based applications in .net using
Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (VB .NET, ASP.NET, AJAX). Strong skills
in understanding UML models and developing code for business
objects. Database skills in Oracle database, data analysis and able
to write complex SQL queries.
3. Business Analyst - 2 Openings
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements
workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases,
scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Proactively
communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to
analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the
following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business
Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface
designs) Participate in application testing of proposed solution using
use cases and testing matrix.
4. QA and Test Analysts - 3 Immediate Openings
The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the
integrity of client applications. The analyst will work closely with
product owners, scrum masters, developers, business users, and
administrators to develop testing scenarios\feature files based on
user stories and stakeholder requirements. Additionally the analyst
will work with users to scrutinize existing applications in
search for bugs and potential areas of improvement.
Primary Responsibilities/Objectives:
Design, develop and write test plans and test cases based on
business requirements.
Develop and complete unit, system, regression, scalability
and load testing.
Provide feedback to Product Owners regarding gaps in business
requirements.
Provide feedback to developers concerning issues discovered
during testing.
Develop and train users/trainers on system enhancements and
releases
Develop necessary documentation to support implementation of
systems.
