* * *Technical Business Analyst* Location: McLean, VA Duration: 8 Months (Possible Extension) Required: • Create and support documentation for Methodology (Application Maintenance Change Process (AM-CP), COTS, and Infrastructure Change Management Process (IMCP)), Standard Tools, IT Controls and Quality Standards (Multiple test cycles will be planned each month and the BA will support the documentation required to complete test cycles) • Create or support creation of Requirements, Traceability Matrix, Test Plan and Results • Supports creation of standard test environments, tests plans and test scripts • Prepares and coordinates acceptance testing of new or modified environment. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers and vendors. • Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Senior Level Experience with the Infrastructure Projects.
