The position requires strong analysis and software development skills and solid communication skills. Knowledge Qualifications and Skills: * Strong experience and proficiency in Java * Proficiency in HTML * Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS * Proficiency in developing reports using Oracle Reports (OAS) * Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming and Development * Expertise and significant experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies * Attention to detail when assessing technical requirements and/or reviewing technical documentation * Understand the software validation requirements for regulated systems * Structured testing experience * Ability to identify and address technical issues/problems that may be encountered during the project and the ability to lead the effort to resolve these project issues * Propose technical solutions to issues and escalate issues appropriately * Maintain a proactive attitude and behavior * Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently * Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills * Time and resource management skills * Integrity, personal drive and enthusiasm which motivates people Relationships * Reports to Client Technical Manager, with a dotted line to a project manager Education and Experience: * Education * BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience * Work Experience .
