Person must know HLR (Home Location Register) and VLR (Visiting Location Register). *Plusses *Understanding how CDMA works with message flow, the parameters used for CDMA. Experience with Tandem (also called HP Non Stop). SS7 *Role *Candidates will be involved in multiple projects to build and or enhance applications containing CDMA/GSM messaging (CDMA/GSM MAP). These applications are real-time call processors that parse and convert the signaling MSUs that traverse the SS7 network. Work will be done on the Tandem and follow the normal SDLC process.
