Key Technical Skills: Experienced in defining & realizing end-to-end Database Architecture for large scale Enterprise systems. Excellent experience in improving performance and scalability of very large databases (1 Tera Byte+) supporting large number of transactions /users – Oracle or MS SQL. Expertise in both instance level and SQL level tuning. Excellent experience in tuning complex queries, optimizing code & implementation of best coding practices. Strong experience with Oracle 11g/10g in RAC environment Experience in defining Database partitioning strategy and implementation of the same. Ability to analyze and solve performance issues in H/w – servers, storage, LAN & WAN. Good understanding of Operating system and troubleshooting OS performance issues. Experience of conducting Scalability test and benchmarks for enterprise applications Experience in either of these areas is a definite add-on – App Servers (Weblogic, Websphere), Middleware (TIBCO, MSMQ), Infrastructure sizing, Capacity planning, Performance modeling, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics. Desired Skills & Experience Experience in interfacing with the customers. Experience in consulting engagements is a definite plus. Ability to mentor technical specialists and guide them in resolving complex performance and scalability issues encountered in projects. Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the Database space and an ability to evaluate, select and propose tools and technologies to meet the requirements. Key Technical Skills: Experienced in defining & realizing end-to-end Technical Architecture for large scale real-time enterprise systems. Ability to identify and define non-functional requirements and design systems to meet the same. Strong experience in OOAD and in applying Design patterns effectively. Expertise in the .NET 4.0 frameworks, ASP .net, C#. Experience in advanced frameworks like WCF, WWF and WPF. Experience only on front-end technologies like ASP, HTML, Java Script, Ajax etc will not be sufficient. Good understanding of areas like Caching, Reflection, Parallel programming, Remoting, Garbage collection, Threading, Web services in the context of .NET systems. Must be proficient in at least one Microsoft server system (SharePoint, BizTalk, Commerce, etc.) Experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL). Experience in creating and reviewing technical documents like Architecture blueprint, Design specifications, Deployment architecture, Workload modeling etc. Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and architectures. Ability to analyze and solve performance issues in H/w – servers, storage, LAN & WAN. Good understanding of Operating system and troubleshooting OS performance issues. At least 5 years hands-on experience in Java/ JEE technologies like Struts/JSF, Spring, EJB, JMS etc. Experience only on front-end technologies like Struts, JSP, Servlets, HTML will not be sufficient. Experience in performance optimization of J2EE systems on various application and portal servers (Oracle, Websphere, JBoss). Deep expertise in any one of the application/ portal server is a must. Experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL).
