Preferred education and/or experience: • Experience with the following technologies: o Asp.net o MVC o HTML5 o CSS, including CSS3 o Entity Framework o Classic ASP o VBScript o SQL Server Stored Procedures o Angular.js • A solid understanding of design principles (physical and logical) and architecture. • Experience with Transact-SQL using Microsoft SQL Server. Extensive knowledge of relational database design, stored procedure creation, and query building using SQL Server. • Experience leading the development of highly performing business applications in a multi-tier architecture. • Experience leading a team to use structured source control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Visual Source Safe. • Experience working in an environment using Extreme Programming practices. • Experience working in an Agile environment. • Experience with an Agile Requirements Management tool, such as TFS or Jira. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. • Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook. • Skill in oral and written communications, establishing working relationships with others, effective decision making and conflict resolution. • Ability to multitask and cope with high volume and time critical work environment.
