** CA-Identity Manager experience with CA-Site Minder.
** At least 5 years of CA Site Minder Administrator
** Experience working in enterprise environment supporting Windows
platform.
** At least 5 years of experience in installing, administrating and
performance tuning of Sun
One Directory Server 5.x and 6.x on Solaris platform.
** 5 years of Solaris OS expertise in networking, debugging, tuning
components and DNS.
** Strong knowledge of Security best practices.
** Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, LDAP, Single Sign-On
and Web
technologies.
** Good scripting knowledge in basic shell and Perl.
** Strong experience in supporting business critical production environment.
** Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem & Change
management.
** Confidence and drive to take tasks and project to completions within the
deadline by
taking responsibility.
