Position: Technical Project Manager - Development Integration Testing Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 3+ months Start Date: 12/27/2010 End Date: 3/31/2011 Job Description: Candidate will plan the use of integration testing environments for future releases and communicate with project managers in advance of drop dates to integration environments; conduct environment shakeout sessions at the beginning of test efforts and checkpoint meetings as needed; coordinate troubleshooting sessions to resolve issues in the environments; report metrics for defects found during testing; and maintain status of the testing environments. Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: - 4-6 years experience in project management with proven history of successful project management within the telecommunications industry - MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD Lt.) - Sound understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurement) - Sound understanding of infrastructure and software development project lifecycles within T-Mobile - Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments with little direction - Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables - Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering infrastructure and software development projects, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change - Must have a solid understanding of the PMI / PMBOK Methodology - Strong communication skills, both written and oral - Able to manage projects of average to complex projects independently - Well-developed leadership skills in a matrix organization structure A four year degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of related experience/training).
