Title: Sr. Applications Analyst - Oracle Location: Winston Salem, NC Duration: 3+ months Interview: Phone and Skype POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: This position is responsible for *business analysis/functional requirements definition*, solution design, implementation and maintenance of Oracle Manufacturing (EBS) module applications. The Senior Applications Analyst (EBS) will work with various IT groups and business users in defining, prioritizing and executing application enhancements and projects. Additionally the position will be play the critical role of ensuring that Developers have adequate clarification and support on all business and functional requirements and specifications related to applications. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: · Expert understanding and ability to analyze and query application data schema · Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical business user constituencies · The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation · Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions · Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution · Manage components of a project plan or entire projects · Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations · Verification of feasibility of Business User’s request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *Skills:* · Expert level knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Process Manufacturing modules & functionality (Product Development, Process Manufacturing and Execution, Quality) · Expert level knowledge with Oracle EBS R11 / R12 Supply Chain Management modules (PO, INV, WIP, BOM, WMS, ASCP, OM, Shipping), workflow application configurations and processes. · Proficiency with SQL based queries · Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies · Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives · Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS Experience: · 5 years of demonstrated experience in Technology/IT industry. · 5 years of demonstrated experience with Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing modules and processes.
