Works with the business and technical teams to define business needs and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives or create new business opportunities through the effective use of technology. Establish the solution vision and scope in the analysis phase to validating that requirements have been met in the testing phase. Minimum of 5 years of experience; BA/BS or equivalent experience; General understanding of the SDLC lifecycle; Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills; Understands systems process analysis, design and simulation. This BA needs strong organizational skills as they will drive a large scale testing effort across our Finance systems impacted by Everest. The BA would work with the Finance Business Process Consultants to determine testing scenarios and test cases suitable to confirm business as usual for our downstream Finance systems. They would essentially serve as a testing coordinator while utilizing their business analyst skill set to ensure we are adequately covering all testing impacts. Experience with large scale projects/programs are a must as this team will be working with multiple teams external to Finance.
