In order to accomplish the rebuilding of this solution, candidate must have an in depth knowledge of the technical skills listed in the next slide. Also, there will be cross organizational engagements necessary to complete the solution in a timely manner. These jobs also require that the candidates work with best shore teams in India collaboratively. Due to the engagement with the best shore teams, these jobs require developers who have are to work using flexible working hours * * *Qualifications: * · Candidates MUST have a proven track record creating business intelligence solutions; Must use the requirements and their in depth technical skills quickly create data models, source the data from various upstream systems; development data extraction; experience with Informatica and build reports using BO. Prior experience in oracle performance tuning for the DB developer is a plus · Candidates should have strong working experience in all the software development life cycle phases. The candidate must also have the ability to understand complex business requirements. Candidates are expected to work in an agile manner to build the solution. An understanding of XML and regular expressions is desirable · Must have the ability to create an efficient data models to represent configuration and incident data for a variety of H/W platforms · Previous experience in data security and user access management is also a plus. · Proven ability to learn and analyze requirements quickly. · Expertise in issues resolution and risk mitigation Software design, implementation for complex projects using · Need strong experience on Windows and Linux, Java based OO Programming and Business Objects · Must have good experience on Informatica, Oracle 11 · Need Data Integration and management skills.
