Should have at least 8 years of experience. This SQL Server DBA position has responsibility for the design, implementation and administration of the SQL Server databases, environment architecture and data management functions in support of the company’s SQL Server OLTP and OLAP related projects and initiatives. This position will also work closely with the BI/DW Solutions Architect, ETL Developer, IT project and infrastructure teams, other operational DBA’s and business owners to translate requirements into a complete data warehouse and business intelligence solution. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership in developing the overall transactional and BI/DW database/ data management architecture and strategy, implementing and supporting the physical data models and providing guidance to IT management in establishing both a short-term roadmap and long-term technology strategies.
