This is a high level role that will require at least 10 years of IT experience. They will also need healthcare insurance experience specifically with consumer direct knowledge. The will need experience with EDI transactions and file transfers. The technical stack is Tibco, Pega, Oracle, EDI Gateways and Angular JS. The top three in that group to have would be Tibco, Pega and Oracle. Once again this will be a high level role with design work and the need to review the lower level designs and approve them.
