A thorough working knowledge of all services and tools is required, Services include: DDI - Which includes DNS, DHCP and IPAM. Infoblox. APM - Application Performance Management. Wireshark , Riverbed AppTransaction eXpert, AppResponse eXpert. Network Performance Management (NPM) - Monitoring and trending WAN circuits. SNMP. Netflow. VPN. NTP. Routing and Switching.
