The position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and provides support and engagement with colleagues around the world within our global IT organization. *Key and Responsibilities:* * Performs support for the SAP FICO production applications by responding to support desk calls, tracking problems/issues, and following up with customers. * May participate in SAP upgrades & other internally developed business systems. * Work as a consultant to the business that gathers, analyzes and documents business and functional requirements. * Translate business requirements from Change Requests, Projects and into applicable system design solutions via prototyping, configuration, and development. * Performs development, configuration, testing and implementation of application solutions according to Company development standards and practices, including SAP & other business systems. * Defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. * Assist in providing estimates of task effort and resource skills needed. Skills * 5+ years of solid, previous experience with SAP system configuration, implementations and support. * Experience in SAP functionality and integration for FI-AR, AP, GL, AM, CM and CO-CCA, IO, PCA, PA, PC, PS and CATTS. * Experience in application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, and support applications. * Experience in implementation or support of a Finance Shared Service environment. * Experience working in an environment with strong change management and change control procedures as it relates to application systems. * Experience working in an environment supporting and rolling out global solutions and standards. * Experience supporting and implementing SAP's External Tax Interface with Taxware or Vertex. * Experience with SAP Solution Manager. * Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation practices and procedures. * Knowledge of SAP BW reporting Thanks & Regards, Prasad Mamidela | Technical Recruiter | Cigniti Inc.
