Location : Washington D.C.
Duration : 2-3 months

Provide web, navigation, interaction design, and implementation expertise in
support of enterprise applications, primarily ensuring products are easy to use
for optimal performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops web user interfaces based on industry best practices
Interfaces frequently with business partners, end users, and IT staff to
improve application design and functionality
Integrates changes based on usability testing, user feedback, and web analytics
Implements Section 508 disability requirements
Develops low, mid, and high fidelity prototypes
Contributes to, and enforces, UX standards, templates, and processes
Provides project status updates to managers and business partners
Translates user experience analysis/research and implements end user experience
using HTML, CSS/XSLT, JavaScript, Java, and Dojo Toolkit foundations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a team player with strong social and interpersonal skills
Must be a creative, assertive, and savvy professional with impeccable
communication skillsMust have 2+ years plus Bachelor’s degree in HCI, computer
science, information systems, mathematics, engineering or relateddiscipline
required.
Experience solving unique IT problems from a UX perspectiveMust have hands on
expertise in web application implementation using Java, (X)HTML, JavaScript,
CSS/ XSLT, and Dojo Toolkit
Must have a proven record of section 508 compliance implementationMust be
comfortable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Must have experience implementing using Dodo ToolkitMust have experience
implementing and integrating with the Spring Framework.
Must have experience collaborating with business users, 3rd party external
partners, end user groups, and senior technical staff in the development of
software designs and subsequently implementing production software on UX
aspectsAbility to work with minimal supervision and to work effectively in a
deadline-driven environmentExperience with web analytics platforms is
desired.Experience developing applications under Model-View-Controller software
patterns is desired.
Experience in user interaction analysis and information delivery
design/architecture is desired.
