*Oracle HCM Functional/Technical Consultant* *Location: West Houston *
*Duration: 5-6 months initially, extendable after that* Rate : Market(Keep it low) *Experience:* - 10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience - Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench, Integrations with *Oracle payroll & OTL,* iRecruitment) - Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ), including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application - Ability to perform *gap analysis* and develop functional specs - Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12 implementations - Strong with HR related conversions - Full lifecycle Implementation experience *Skills:* - Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
