Should have hands on experience with one of more BPM products with at least 2 projects on Appian BPM. - Must be familiar with the complete BPM implementation lifecycle from the Process discovery to implementation with ability to guide the customer on the Transformation projects from methodology and process point of view. - Ability to collect and analyze business requirements for large cross system application and process. - Perform feasibility analysis of stated requirements and translation of requirements in to appropriate design. - Ability to define the AS IS architecture and design the TO BE Architecture working with the IT and Business Architects. - Work with Business and IT stakeholders in any necessary production evaluation to map the Business architecture and capability needs to the solution components. - Should be able to identify the critical aspects around target solution architecture and conduct necessary validation through PoC to mitigate project risks. - Should have experience on implementing 2 or more integration projects involving SOA and should be familiar with the practices around service discovery and service design. - Given a set of business requirements for cross functional system should be able to scope and design the appropriate integration design for the system. - Should be able to work as the Data Architect to arrive at the appropriate data architecture, aspects around data retention and cut over strategy for legacy system migration. - Work with the Integration Architect to define and drive the service catalogue and service interface definitions. - Should be able to plan pilot, implementation and rollout of the new system working with IT and Business stakeholders *Good to have:* 1. Familiarity and experience with Appian 7.4 and later versions involving Tempo and SAIL features. Knowledge of the Appian Cloud based implementation. 2.
