If you are interested kindly reply me back with your updated resume, contact details & best time to reach you. 12+ months Tampa, FL Rate is flexible Phone screen then in-person interview*(Client Will Pay)* *Workday HCM Functional Analyst* *Responsibilities:* - Partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested configurations - Execute detailed implementation plans, including design configuration, build, QA/test, deploy,& support - Workflow analysis, process mapping & documentation - Technical troubleshooting and escalations - Training for respective HR functional areas & creation of related training materials - Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results *Workday HCM Integration Analyst* *Responsibilities:* • Business consultation and collaboration with respective HR teams (benefits, compensation and payroll) and external vendors to elicit requirements, considering design alternatives, facilitating discussions ultimately driving to requirements sign-off • Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs and document the detailed functional design • Build, test and deploy new integrations required to meet business requirements • Facilitate knowledge transfer to other team members • Convert existing integrations between ADP and external Benefits, Compensation and Payroll vendors • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues • Partner with HR and external vendors for any ad-hoc requests or for troubleshooting issues *Qualifications:* • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business/Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related HR / IT discipline • At least 4 years of experience with Workday HCM implementations • Implementation and/or production support experience in any of the following Workday modules: • Core HCM, Advanced Reporting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll(US & Canada), Performance and Succession. • Integrating systems experience with third-party service vendors • Web Services APIs, XML, XSLT integration technologies experience preferred • Must have analytical and troubleshooting skills • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Workday custom integration tool experience preferable (EIB, Document Transformation and Workday Studio) • General knowledge in HCM • Knowledge in Object Oriented concepts • Ability to learn new systems and technologies to effectively design end to end solutions • *Waiting for your response…* Best Regards *Ravi Nigam* 978-558-4666 EXT 101 *TekNavigators* 8875 Hidden River Parkway Suite 300 Tampa, FL 33637 DISCLAIMER: This message and any attachments are solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged or confidential.
