Interview : Phone & face to face
Job Description:
Develop application deployment architecture and virtual infrastructure
(AWS).
Automate deployment processes with cutting-edge tools/technology and AWS
services
Customize monitoring and alerting for in-house developed applications &
services in various environments (INT/UAT/PROD).
Work with Developers, Architects and DBA’s to architect and productize
application delivery.
Respond to Dev/QA escalation requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ working experience as a DevOps engineer for Java Web applications or 5+
years of developing web applications & web services with
Java/Tomcat and willing to be a DevOps.
Expert level of shell scripting and/or Python, Linux administration
Working experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, Electric Commander, or
similar
Working experience with AWS - especially following components :
o Auto Scaling
o ECS
o EC2
o VPC
o S3 and DynamoDB
o Redshift
Working experience of SQL with Oracle/ PostgreSQL or any RDBS.
