Someone who has worked in SQL DBA and clustering- should be a guru Should
have working knowledge of Oracle DBA and UNiX Consultant should have both
Oracle and SQL db management -SQL server 2000 and 2005 admin with
SQL-Cluster (must have) -SQL 2008 admin & Experience with migration of db
from 32 bit to 64 bit desirable -Oracle 10g DBA skills on Red Hat Linux(must
have) NEED Hand on RED HAT LINUX-Should be GOOD Good in SQL Clustering (not
oracle clustering) Can have an Oracle DBA who has worked in SQL DBA. But SQL
DBA has to be stronger.
*Requirement 2: CISCO Network engineer
Location : Sunnyvale, CA (NEED LOCALS who can go for FACE to FACE interview)

Need some with 10+years of Experience in networking Should be able to
understand the network design as soon as he comes - without much
help/training from the team CSICO Certified with certification no. Should be
able to troubleshoot · Able to grasp from eth network diagram and should
know how to troubleshoot / configures the CISCO switches · Should have good
understanding in networking..as he would need to look for solution by
himself · Voice CISCO call Mgt/ Contact mgt would be great · Experience in
Juniper would be great

*Requirement 3: **Sr. Business Analyst*
*Location : San Jose, CA ( NEED LOCAL to CA who can go for face to face
interview)*
Duration : 3-6 months
*Responsibilities *
--Understanding business drivers in order to help enhance the data warehouse
and reporting systems.
--Work with business users, understand, analyze and document the
requirements.
--Work with key business end users to conceptualize and document new product
or reporting requirements.
--Conduct business analysis and provide subject area domain
expertise.Incorporate analysis into detailed functional specifications
documentation, including data samples, use case, key project assumptions,
report samples, proposed ad hoc samples, data flows, logical data models and
other details required to bridge the understanding between business and
technical teams.Develop deep understanding of source systems, business
usage, DW transformations and business logic, data issues, etc, related to
key subject areas and/or Data Marts in the Data Warehouse.
--Ability to work at all levels of business and technology organizations to
communicate requirements. Report status/progress to senior and executive
management.
--Work with IMD and BML to synthesize business requirements into a cohesive
technology roadmap
--Ability to solve complex technical problems, assimilate information
rapidly, and work under time constraints
--Aptitude to work collaboratively with other BI and ETL resources to design
and develop effective solutions
*Requirements:*
--Strong knowledge Databases and SQL - Teradata in particular
--Strong understanding of Data modeling concepts
--Understanding of Data warehousing concepts
--Experience with reporting tools (Micro strategy)
--Extremely good written and oral communication skills
--Strong database and DW experience
--Candidate should have extensive experience in analytics
--Individual should have solid technical experience with, database
development and data warehousing concept/tools (Database design, SQL,

--Ability to learn new technologies and functionality

--Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying

--Experience in data modeling in large scale data warehouses using Teradata.
--Implementation experience with ETL concepts and tools such as:

--Implementation experience with one or more of the following BI/Enterprise
Reporting tools: Microstrategy
--BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a relevant field
--At least 8 years experience as a Data warehouse/BI Analyst or related
industry experience in a high-paced, global corporate environment.
--At least 8 years in SQL experience.
--At least 5 years experience in report analysis and development -
specifically engaging business intelligence, data warehouse projects and
business intelligence tools.
*Requirement 4: J2EE developer with Integration experience (Webmethods)*
*Location : San Jose, CA ( NEED LOCAL to CA who can go for face to face
interview)*
*DUTIES:* Individual in this role is responsible for *J2EE web development
as well as Integration with Webmethod server* and also involved in gathering
user requirements,design specifications,testing and support activities.
*Responsible for JAVA/J2EE web development.
*Strong Java/J2EE background (Struts,Servlets, JSP, JSTL, JDBC, JMS, SOAP,
Web Services)
*Solid understanding of SOA and Object Oriented analysis and design is
required.
*Experience in Ant/Maven, Log4J, JUnit, Websphere Application Server and
Eclipse/RAD.
*Competency in JavaScript and HTML.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
*Data integration experience with SAP will be preferred.
*Experience in integrating *J2EE application with WebMethods and SAP using
WebServices,
**Experience in SQL, PL-SQL and databases.
*Experience with Integrating applications with WebMethods server7.1.
