*10 years hands-on experience with SAP business applications, including SAP
R/3 Application Components: SD and LO *
Experience with conversion activities including the extraction,
transformation and load of data from the Company's legacy environments into
SAP.
Experience in SAP data migration projects, working with key users and
managers, local legacy systems experts, and SAP developers.
Experience with data cleansing activities including liaison with the
Company's business and IT operations to identify the scope and plan from
data cleansing
across all SAP functions.
A minimum of 5 years experience in roles that have driven the implementation
of data governance discipline and knowledge management processes across a
large enterprise, ideally in the retail segment.
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience with SAP master data.
Experience in process design and optimization and management roles (direct
and indirect) that have directed data governance processes across the
enterprise.
Previous experience with SAP Materials Management function is strongly
desired.
Strong experience in implementing governance strategies and master data
policies/procedures/data definitions in a large ERP implementation is
preferred.
SQL relational databases including Microsoft Access
Prior experience coordinating cross-functional project/assignment is
required
Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities, resources and
deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; interacts
with all levels of associates and management within the organization
Ability to work strategically as well as tactically
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, self directed environment
