-10+ Years of Front End Web Development Experience
-Agile Software Development Experience
-Excellent ability and demonstrated experience with the below technologies:
-HTML 5
-CSS 3
-Bootstrap
-Underscore
-Backbone
-JQuery
-JavaScript
*Pluses:*-HUGE PLUS: Previous experience working for a development agency
rather than a long term role with a Fortune 500 organziation
-Ruby on Rails (Building web apps on Ruby)
-Node.JS would be a huge plus...server side experience
-Any Experience working with open source frameworks
